Which Countries Have the Convention in Force with China
China has issued and accepted Apostilles since 7 November 2023. Most Contracting Parties were already in force with China on that date. Recent additions include Canada on 11 January 2024, Algeria and Vietnam in 2026, and Thailand in 2027.
