如何确定应该办理哪种原产地证？
取决于目的国及是否适用自贸协定。一般原产地证 CO 适用于多数目的国；若目的国与我国签有自贸协定，办理 FORM A、FORM E、RCEP 等优惠原产地证可享受关税减免。
货物已经出运，还能补办原产地证吗？
多数情况下可在出运后一定期限内补办，但部分目的国对补发证书的关税优惠认定有限制。
海关签发和贸促会签发有什么区别？
两者法律效力相同。海关签发的通过海关电子签证系统办理，贸促会签发的通过贸促会系统办理。
证书上的 HS 编码与报关不一致会怎样？
HS 编码须与出口报关信息一致，不一致可能导致证书在目的国清关时被拒收。
